Tomer was born on 15 July 1985, in Holon, Israel. His parents are both Jewish and own their own business.

Tomer brings his brand of eccentricity and charm to the character of Frenchie in the hit Amazon superhero series, The Boys.

Frenchie is a mercenary adept at munitions, ordnance, infiltration, and communications. He is recruited by Billy Butcher, played by Karl Urban, to reinstate the vigilante team, The Boys, along with his former-comrade, Mother's Milk, played by Laz Alonso; and new recruits, Hughie, played by Jack Quaid and Annie/Starlight, played by Erin Moriarty

He also gets smitten over Kimiko, played by Karen Fukuhara.

They wage war against the superhero team, The Seven consisting of Homelander, played by Antony Starr; Queen Maeve, played by Dominique McElligott; A-Train, played by Jessie T. Usher; and The Deep, played by Chace Crawford.

5. A Prolific Actor In Israeli Cinema

Tomer spent most of his career etching his name in the annals of Israeli cinema. He was cast in such Israeli movies as A Tale of Love and Darkness, Wedding Doll, and One Week and a Day. 

On the small screen, he was also a part of such TV series as Hostages, Fauda, Der Tel-Aviv-Krimi, and Eretz Nehederet, among others.      

4. Tomer Was In The Israeli Army Before Becoming An Actor

Before he found his true calling in acting, he was determined to fight for his country. Upon graduation in 2004, he joined the Israel Defense Forces and manned his post as a battalion combat soldier. He was then promoted to squad commander in the Paratroopers Brigade.

Tomer has been in a relationship with Israeli actress Ortal Ben-Shoshan since 2012. Ortal's acting credits include TV series like The Good Cop, Fullmoon, The Psychologist, and The Grave
