7. Played Curtis Hoyle in The Punisher

Moore played the US-Navy-veteran-turned-group-therapist Curtis Hoyle in the Netflix superhero series, The Punisher.

The series starred Jon Bernthal as the titular anti-hero, Frank Castle, a war veteran who is secretly a vigilante with military training and ammunition, who seeks vengeance on the criminals who kill his wife and children, The Punisher.

Hoyle is one of the only friends of Frank Castle and helps him cope in more ways than one. The series also starred Amber Rose Revah as Dinah Madani, Ben Barnes as Billy Russo / Jigsaw,  Michael Nathanson as Sam Stein, Daniel Webber as Lewis Wilson, and Paul Schulze as William Rawlins / Agent Orange.

The series was canceled after two seasons, on February 18, 2019. 

6. He is Not a Real Amputee

In The Punisher, Moore played the army vet, Curtis Hoyle, who retired after losing a part of his lower left leg in combat.

Moore's acting was so impeccable that people actually believed that he was a real amputee. The discussion spawned entire Reddit threads.
