He is one of the cast members in another HBO original series, Barry.

7. Played Jermaine in HBO Dark-Comedy Series, Barry

Darrell played Jermaine Jefrint, one of Barry's roommates, in the hit HBO dark-comedy crime-drama series, Barry

Starring Bill Hader as the titular Barry, a contract-killer who looked to turn his life around while escaping his bloody past, the acclaimed series also stars Stephen Root, Sarah Goldberg, Glenn Fleshler, Anthony Carrigan, and Henry Winkler.       

6. Debuted as Darius "O-Dog" Hill in HBO Crime-Drama, The Wire

Barry is not the first HBO series that Darrell has starred in. More than a decade ago, Darrell made his on-screen debut in 2006 in the HBO crime-drama series, The Wire.

The Wire is widely considered as one of the best TV shows ever produced, and Darrell played the teenage soldier Darius "O-Dog" Hill in eight episodes of the show.

5. Played Jerome in the Movie, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri

Darrell continued his streak of excellent screen appearances with his role as Jerome in the acclaimed 2017 drama movie, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.

Considered one of the best movies of 2017, the black-comedy-drama movie featured Academy Award-winning performances by the leads Frances McDormand and Sam Rockwell.

4. Darrell Britt-Gibson: Age, Parents, Siblings, and Education

People unfamiliar with Darrell personally think he is much younger than he is, while in actuality, he is 35 years old. 

Darrell was born Darrell Hadari Britt-Gibson in 1985 in Silver Spring, Maryland, USA. He is the younger of two siblings born to author and journalist, Donna Britt, and her husband, Greg Gibson.

Darrell's parents separated and his mother got remarried to the newspaper editor, Kevin Merida. They had one son together, Skye Merida.

Darrell attended Hampton University, but transferred to the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and graduated with a degree in theatre.

Keanu marked the first movie featuring the comedy duo in a leading capacity. The movie also saw Darrell play one of the characters, Trunk.

2. Set to Appear in the Thriller Movie, Silk Road  

Darrell is set to appear in the upcoming thriller movie, Silk Road, starring Jimmi Simpson and Jason Clarke, among others.

The movie has wrapped up filming and if all goes well, it will drop sometime in 2020. 

Besides Silk Road, Darrell is also slated to appear in another thriller movie, Fear Street, currently post-production.
