Mina El Hammani is a Spanish actress. As one of the stars of the Netflix teen thriller-drama, Elite, Hammani has gained worldwide exposure and acclaim. 

The series has been highly acclaimed and a third season promptly dropped on March 13, 2020, with Netflix already announcing plans for a fourth and a fifth season at the least.

7. Her Character in the Spanish Teen Thriller Drama, Elite

Elite is a teenage drama-thriller that revolves around the lives of three working-class students who enroll in an elite school and clash with its elite class.

Hammani plays Nadia Shanaa, one of the three transfer students around whom the series revolves. Born of Palestinian parents, she develops into a strong, independent woman who questions her restrictive culture and upbringing.

She also plays the love interest of another transfer student, Guzmán Nunier Osuna (played by Miguel Bernardeau).

The main cast also includes María Pedraza, Itzan Escamilla, Miguel Herrán, Jaime Lorente, and Arón Piper, among others.     

6. Prominent Appearances in El Príncipe and Servir y proteger 

Besides Elite, Hammani has had prominent roles in other Spanish television shows.

She played Nur in the action-adventure drama series, El Príncipe. She was featured prominently in the show's second season, from 2015 to 2016.

Hammani also had a prominent showing in the crime-action-adventure drama series, Servir y proteger. She played Salima in the show throughout 2017 to 2018 and when all was said and done, appeared in 200 episodes!     

5. On-Screen Debut in 2015 in Centro médico

It is astounding how good Hammani is considering she only made her on-screen debut in 2015. More than her natural flair, it is a testament to her hard work and dedication.

Hammani debuted in an episode of the medical docu-drama series, Centro médico.

2020 could very well be a breakout year for Hammani as she not only continued her stunning run in the Netflix teen drama, Elite, but she also landed another starring role, this time in the mystery-horror drama series,  El Internado: Las Cumbres.

A reboot of the 2007 series, El internado: Laguna Negra, the series explores the mysterious supernatural happenings around a boarding school that mirrors the horrors taking place inside the school.

Mina El Hammani was born on November 29, 1993. She is of Moroccan heritage. As of April 2020, she is 26 years old -- a decade older than her character in Elite, the 16 year old Nadia.

The 5'5" tall Spanish actress was born and raised in in Madrid, Spain.
