Blakely walks into crime because of past experiences with her boyfriend. She and her co-worker Ameshia Ervin began to rob people at first. Later, she was forced to kill people to hide the truth. 

Blakely and Ervin were arrested from a diner washroom. Police questioned about the vehicle they were traveling on. That vehicle was owned by the victims they had killed.

The court found them guilty for killing three people Claudell Christmas, Raymond Goodwin and Ray Lewis and was sentenced for three consecutive life sentences with no eligibility for parole while her friend received one life sentence with parole in 2024.
