Zoë Kravitz is an American singer, actress, and model. She is the only daughter born of musician Lenny Kravitz's marriage to actress Lisa Bonet

An actress of such movies as X-Men: First Class, the Divergent franchise, Mad Max: Fury Road, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, her television roles include the HBO drama series, Big Little Lies, and the Hulu comedy-drama series, High Fidelity

Kravitz is also a musician and as one-half of the electropop and R & B duo, Lolawolf, she has released one studio album and two EPs as well as opened for such acts as Lily Allen and Miley Cyrus and collaborated with musicians like Drake and Janelle Monáe

7. Lead Role in the TV Remake of High Fidelity

Kravitz plays the lead character, Robyn "Rob" Brooks, in the TV adaptation of the eponymous romantic-comedy novel by Nick Hornby, High Fidelity.

The series was tweaked from the original novel to have a female lead instead of a male and tells the story of record shop owner Robyn as she recounts her top 5 breakups.

The series premiered on Hulu on February 14, 2020, and featured a lineup of actors consisting of Jake Lacy, Da'Vine Joy Randolph, David H. Holmes, and Kingsley Ben-Adir, and Rainbow Sun Francks, among others.     

6. Her mother, Lisa Bonet, was in the Original 2000 Movie, High Fidelity  

Zoë Kravitz was born Zoë Isabella Kravitz on December 1, 1988. She was the only daughter born to actress Lisa Bonet during her marriage to musician Lenny Kravitz

Lisa was part of the ensemble cast of the original 2000 movie, High Fidelity, the predecessor to the 2020 Hulu series.

But where Lisa played a supporting character in the 2000 movie,  Zoë plays the lead character,  Robyn "Rob" Brooks, a role that was helmed by John Cusack in the 2000 movie.

The 2000 movie also starred Jack Black, Iben Hjejle, Tim Robbins, Catherine Zeta-Jones, and Todd Louiso

5. June 2019 Wedding with Actor Karl Glusman

Kravitz wed her boyfriend of three years, actor Karl Glusman, on June 29. 2019. Glusman is an actor most known for the movies The Neon Demon and Nocturnal Animals.

Kravitz and Glusman started going out in 2016. In October 2018 Kravitz revealed to Rolling Stone magazine that she and Glusman were engaged.

In the cover story of the November issue of the magazine, Kravitz broke the news of her engagement, saying:

"I’m engaged! I haven’t told anyone yet – I mean, I haven’t told the world. I wanted to keep it private.” 

The wedding was held at her father's 18th century Parisian mansion.

 Among the in-attendants were her parents, Lisa Bonet and Lenny Kravitz, along with Bonet's current husband, Jason Momoa, and their two children, Lola Iolani Momoa, and Nakoa-Wolf Manakauapo Namakaeha Momoa

Other A-list celebrities included in the guest list were Zoë's Big Little Lies co-stars Shailene Woodley, Reese Witherspoon, Laura Dern, and Nicole Kidman.    

Zoë's Previous Relationships with Ezra Miller and Penn Badgley

Zoë was involved in a brief fling with actor Ezra Miller while they were filming the 2010 rom-com, Beware the Gonzo. When the movie wrapped up, so did their romance.

Kravitz was also in a relationship with actor Penn Badgley -- of Netflix's You fame. They started going out in 2011 but had separated by 2013. 

4. Slated to play Selina Kyle/Catwoman in Matt Reeves' The Batman

Kravitz is slated to play Selina Kyle and her anti-hero counterpart, Catwoman, in the upcoming DC Comics superhero movie, The Batman.

The movie will star Robert Pattinson helming the role of Bruce Wayne and his superhero alter-ego, Batman, and will be flanked by an ensemble cast consisting of Colin Farrell, Andy Serkis, John Turturro, and Peter Sarsgaard.

After many production snafus, the movie looked to be officially underway, but production has halted due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Nonetheless, the movie is aiming for a release date of October 1, 2021.   

3. She has more than 55 Tattoos

To date, Zoë Kravitz has more than 55 tattoos on various parts of her body. The tattoos are not blatantly large or in-your-face flashy, but is reflective of Kravitz's personality: chic, stylish, and effortlessly cool.

2. Lead Role in HBO Drama Series, Big Little Lies

Kravitz is also one of the lead stars of the HBO drama series, Big Little Lies. The highly acclaimed series has already won eight Primetime Emmy Awards out of its 18 nominations, and it is only in its second season.

The drama series tells the story of five women who get involved in a murder investigation. Alongside Kravitz,  Shailene Woodley, Reese Witherspoon, Laura Dern, and Nicole Kidman round out the five central women of the series.
