Professional Ice Hockey Player Brad Marchand Dropped $3.55 Million On His Beautiful Boston Located Home 

  1. Longtime Bruins left wing Brad Marchand bought a beautiful house in Boston for $3.55 million, in October 2019. 
  2. Marchand purchased the stunning property with his wife, Katrina. The former has a real estate license and is also a designer.      
  3. Originally built in 1880, the property sits in 4,800 square feet and has four bedrooms and 3.55 bathrooms. 
  4. The house also boasts up a kitchen, living room, and dining room on the main floor.   

Brad Marchand spent $3,550,000 on his Boston-located mansion. The historic three-story brick residence is nestled in the heart of Charleston, a neighborhood in Boston.

In October 2019, Marchand bought the sprawling property with his wife Katrina Sloane, who has a background in real estate too. Spreading out in 4,800 square feet, the stunning duplex which was originally built in 1880  features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.     

The main floor of the home features a kitchen, living room, and dining room. The owner's bed and bath suite, fireplace, gym, and mud hall are all located on the second "garden" level. The top-level include the great room.  

Architected as muted, modern, and sophisticated, with custom millwork and built-ins, the property has three other individual patio spaces, all with piped gas for heat so far.

Furthermore, In September 2013, Marchand, 31, bought the waterfront penthouse for $1.46 million at 357 Commercial St. on Lincoln Wharf, Boston. The 3,500-square-foot condo features seven bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and a dining room. 

Besides, the left-wing for the Boston Bruins, Brad put his childhood Halifax mansion up on the market for $1.2 million, in early 2014.
