Jeffree Star and Partner Nathan Schwandt Buy A Mansion In Hidden Hills

Well-renowned American makeup artist and YouTuber, Jeffree Star has added one more real estate property to his fortune. As per Variety, the 34-year-old internet sensation and his longtime boyfriend, skateboarder Nathan Schwandt splurged $14.6 million to buy the Hidden Hills property. Celebrities like Drake, The Weeknd, Kris Jenner, John Stamos, and Paul George also own homes in Hidden Hills.

The mansion that sits on more than 25,000 square feet area features eight bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. The property also includes two attached guesthouses and a large 4,700 sq. ft. garage that can hold ten vehicles. The mansion was built by a non-famous couple, who later got divorced shortly after its completion in 2007.

Jeffrey and Stacey Fienberg, from whom Jeffree and Nathan bought the house, bought the house in May 2010 for $13 million. Stacey Fienberg is a part-time actress, who is famously known as a daughter of late sports agent Bob Woolf.

The couple resided in the mansion for a few years until their marriage also dissolved into divorce. The house was initially put on sale in 2013 with an asking price of $19 million. Since then, the property has been put on and off the market with a decreasing price tag.

Jeffree and Schwandt, who has been together since 2015, reside in a trash-filled Calabasas "starter" mansion with over 7000-square-feet of living space. The lovebirds purchased the house back in 2016 for $3.6 million. They have invested a heavy lump of money in personalizing the mansion-they have installed a custom pink vault with a multimillion-dollar collection of handbags and accessories. The vault is guarded by a door made up of 10,000 lbs of bulletproof stainless steel.

Born and raised in Orange County, California, the 34-year-old make-up artist was interested in cosmetics and makeup since his early days. He moved to LA following his graduation to pursue his passion, where he started doing makeup, modeling, and music jobs.

He went on to build connections with high-profile celebrities within a few years. In 2014, with years of savings, Star launched an e-commerce makeup brand, Jeffree Star Cosmetics. Star has earned millions of dollars from his makeup brand and is reported to worth around $200 million in 2019.
