Amber Heard and Johnny Depp’s relationship ended abruptly with claims of domestic abuse by Heard against Depp, but new leaked audio might have revealed the truth to be something else.  

The audio seems to be a fight between the pair in which Heard allegedly admits to abuse Johnny Depp.      

According to Depp’s lawyers, the tape is real and is from 2015-the debate on Johnny calling a friend for help after Heard abuses him on the tape.

Each of their lawyers has also presented cases in their favor, and while Depp flinging a wine glass at her then-partner is infamous, a new audiotape has surfaced in which Heard seemingly admits to abusing Johnny.

The clip below has not been confirmed as real, but the former Pirates of the Caribbean actor’s legal representation claimed that the audio clip was genuine.

After the clip went viral, the hashtags #JusticeForJohnnyDepp is trending.

Many people had supported the idea that the actor was the victim in the domestic abuse fiasco, but as there was no evidence to support this, so most people got on the side of the Zombieland actress, but regarding the recent evidence, Depp has gotten a lot of support. 

The 56-year-old actor has filed a defamation lawsuit against his former wife. The legal team of the actor filed the complaint against an article written by Heard for the Washington Post.  

A petition has also been launched with over 125,000 signatures as of 5 February 2020, to remove the actress from the upcoming Aquaman film.

Amber Heard’s History Of Domestic Abuse

The actress has been arrested in the past for domestic violence; in 2009, she was arrested by the police for misdemeanor assault in the fourth degree/domestic violence. She struck her then-girlfriend Tasya van Ree after getting into a public dispute at the airport.  

Although the police department privatized her records of arrest as allowed by Washington law, the prosecutors did not press charges against the actress.

When Did The Depp-Heard Domestic Violence Fiasco Start?

All of this started when Amber Heard filed for divorce on May 23, 2016, after 15 months of marriage. They reached an agreement on August 16, 2016, reaching a $7 million settlement.

On December 18, 2018, things got really messy after Heard published her domestic violence article, which caused the public to go berserk and hate Johnny Depp, although his name was not directly mentioned.  

Depp filed the $50 million defamation lawsuit on March 1, 2019, and the pair made the headlines again three years after their divorce. Sometime later on May 20, 2019, the actor accused Heard of faking her injuries.
