American actress Molly Ephraim has worked in numerous films, television, and Broadway productions. She is known for her role as Mandy Baxter in the sitcom Last Man Standing, appearing during its original run in ABC. 

Besides, she was featured in various shows as Brockmire,  Halt and Catch Fire, and Casual. In 2018, Ephraim appeared in the political drama film The Front Runner along with Hugh Jackman and Vera Farmiga. 7. Molly Ephraim: Age and Height 

Molly Ephraim is 33 years old as of now. She was born on May 22, 1986. Molly stands 5 feet and 1 inch (1.55 m) tall.

She earned a bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from Princeton University. There, she became a member of Triangle Club, performing and choreographing various shows for Princeton University Players, a musical theater and Theatre Intime, a performing arts theater. 

6. She was raised in a Jewish Household

Molly was born to a Jewish family in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. When asked about her character, Daphna Feygenbaum, from the play Bad Jews, she told,

"I was raised in a Jewish household, but not a very religious one. That is when it comes down to different distinctions between cultural Judaism or religious Judaism... I grew up celebrating all of the holidays."

She and her brother 'butted heads for a little bit' because "he went in a different direction; became very religious for an amount of time. He chose to go to a Jewish high school and embrace that aspect of his life that he was being teased about."

Ephraim spent her childhood in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and would participate in shows at the Bucks County Playhouse and professional productions at the Prince Music Theater. 

5. She Deleted Her Twitter in 2018

When Ephraim did not return as Mandy Baxter in Last Man Standing, fans were displeased and tweeted their complaints to her. Following the constant tweeting, the 33 years old actress deleted her official twitter account in 2018. It isn't clear if Ephraim herself took down the account, or someone in her team did it.

4. Is Molly Ephraim on Modern Family?

Molly had an episodic role in the sitcom Modern Family. She appeared in the second episode, Snapped, from season eleven of Modern Family.

Her character, Libby, attends a real estate course rivaling with Gloria, played by Sofía Vergara, to win the internship opportunity. Libby becomes involved in a cycling accident after crashing into Gloria's parked car. The episode aired on October 2, 2019.

1. Could Not Return For the Revival of Last Man Standing

Ephraim became fan-favorite after appearing as Amanda Elaine "Mandy" Baxter-Anderson in the sitcom Last Man Standing.

The show, which initially ran on ABC, completed its sixth season on 2017 and had been second-highest rated sitcom of the channel before the completion. However, ABC declined to renew the new season, and it was eventually picked by Fox.

At the time, Ephraim was reportedly committed to other projects, and Molly McCook replaced her as Mandy. At the Television Critics Association summer press tour, the show's executive producer, Matt Berry, stated, 

“When the show was cancelled… Molly Ephraim got involved in some different things, so when the show came back, she was not able to do it. It is unfortunate. We love her deeply. She is a big part of who we were."
