The 45 years old actor is the co-founder of a theater company called 300 pistolas (300 pistols) along with Blanca Clemente. The company was founded on 2012. In the website of the 300 pistolas, Morte talks about his inspiration for initiating a theatre company, exclaiming, 

“300 Guns is the result of an idea that was born as a dream. Blanca and I were watching a classic play and we were falling asleep! Why should classical theater be boring? Morte started his acting career in 2002, 17 years ago, with the television series Hospital Central. The 45 years old actor appeared in the fourth episode of season 4: El soldadito de plomo. The episode aired on January 30, 2002. 

What's more, Morte made a guest appearance in the seventh episode of season 4: El vuelo de la suerte. The seventh episode aired on October 22, 2002. 

For the fourth episode, Morte was credited as Álvaro A. García while for the seventh season, he was credited as Álvaro Antonio García.

"At first I thought I was going to die, that my leg was cut but nothing happened. However, at that time I was thinking- if I die in three months, can I do it calmly? Have I respected the people around me who love me? Have I been faithful to my principles?"

Yet, he relentlessly followed the therapy with faith and determination that allowed him to overcome the battle with the cancerous tumor.
