In May 1995, Cook County Circuit Judge, David Delgado ordered Scottie Pippen to pay $10,000 to a former girlfriend Sonya Roby, after she claimed he is the father of her twin daughters born in 1994.  

Furthermore, the basketball player previously invested more than $20 million in real estate and an airplane through the adviser, Robert Lunn. Pippen later filed a case against Robert claiming that he and his firm, Lunn Partners LLC, were entrusted with his $17.5 million.  

In November 2004, Scottie won an $11.8 million against a financial adviser. In March 2016, Lunn got a three-year prison term on multiple fraud counts.

Scottie Pippen first listed his Florida mansion on the market for $16 million in 2010. But, after years of struggle, the house is now for sale for $9.8 million. 

Built-in 2003, the Venetian-style mansion includes a pool, basketball court, gourmet kitchen, media room, game room, and waterfront views. 

Additionally, Pippen also put his lakefront Chicago mansion on the market for $3.1 million in 2016. After three years on the market, he dropped the price to $1.899 million.

The former Chicago Bulls star originally bought the property for $2.225 million in 2004. It boasts six bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. Other major highlights of the house are a home movie theatre, a sauna, a game room, a brick wine cellar, and a custom-built indoor basketball court.

Scottie Pippen was born on 25th September 1965, in Hamburg, Arkansas. He grew up in a large joint family as he is the youngest of 12 children born to Preston Pippen and Ethel Pippen. His father used to work in a paper mill.  

Scottie did his schooling from Humburg High School and played college basketball for the University of Central Arkansas in Conway.

Scottie Pippen first tied the knot with Karen McCollum in 1988. The couple has a son, Antron Pippen, born in 1987. They divorced after two years of marriage in 1990.
