Greta Lee is a Los Angeles-born American actress. 7. Part of the Main Cast of Netflix Comedy-Drama, Russian Doll

Greta's latest role sees her as Maxine, the best friend of the central character, Nadia Vulvokov (played by Natasha Lyonne) in the Netflix comedy-drama series, Russian Doll. 

Joining Greta are Yul Vazquez, Charlie Barnett, Elizabeth Ashley, Jeremy Bobb, Rebecca Henderson, to name a few. After a successful first-season run during which the show was nominated for four Emmys, Russian Doll is set to return for a second season.    

6. Married Mother of Two with Husband Russ Armstrong 

Greta is married to actor and writer Russ Armstrong whom she met while studying at Northwestern University.

They subsequently married soon thereafter and have two children together: a son named Apollo Joosung Armstrong, born on August 15, 2016; and a daughter named Raphael Joobaek Armstrong, born in April 2019.

4. Debut in 2006 in an episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit

After graduating from Northwestern University with a degree in communication and theater, Greta packed up and moved to New York to pursue a career in acting. 

She landed a role in an episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit titled "Taboo".

She played Heather Kim, a roommate of a girl who has a sexual relationship with a politician who also happens to be her biological father.

Greta Lee was born Greta Jiehan Lee on March 7, 1983, in Los Angeles, California to Korean immigrants. She turned just turned 37.  

Her mother had been a trained concert pianist and her father, a Korean surgeon when they absconded to the USA in the early '80s right before Greta was born.

When her parents had their feet planted in the USA, they went on to have two more children, a daughter, and a son.
