    Theodor Capitani con Kurnatowski was born on 19th March 1980 in Covington, Louisiana, the United States of America to Gina Capitani, and Roland Achilles.  

    He is American as per his nationality and has mixed (Italian, British, Polish, and Native American) descent. Von grew up alongside his siblings in Covington, Louisiana.

    He went and graduated from Mandeville High School, located in Mandeville, Louisiana. He then enrolled at the Louisiana State University, Loyola University New Orleans, University of Arizona, College of Charleston, and Santa Monica College. Moreover, he earned his undergraduate degree from the University of New Orleans in 2011.

    Von began his stand-up journey at a young age of 19. By 23, he moved to Los Angeles and professionally pursued a career in stand-up. He made one of his first major comedic accomplishments in 2006 when he won the title of Fan Favorite on the online competition aligned with the fourth season of Last Comic Standing. 

    On 1st June 2012, Theo was the featured comedian in an episode of Comedy Central’s The Half Hour, which is now known as Comedy Central Stand-up Presents. Around that time, he also promoted his comedy on The Arsenio Hall Show, Chelsea Lately, Hello Ross, Watch What Happens Life, and This Is Not Happening.

    In 2016, Von’s debut hour-long comedy special titled No Offense was released on Netflix. The show was also taped at the Civic Theatre in New Orleans, Louisiana.

    Theo made his television debut at the age of nineteen when he starred in MTV’s Road Rules: Maximum Velocity Tour in 2000. Von was recruited to the show while studying at Louisiana State University.

    Following his appearance in Road Rules, he was featured on four seasons, and nearly 70 episodes of MTV’s reality game show The Challenge.

    In the spring of 2018, Theo did a three-episode scripted comedy show on Comedy Central called Man Up.

    As of 2019, Von hosts two podcasts called This Past Weekend and The King and The Sting. The King and The Sting debuted at no.1 on the iTunes Podcast charts in the USA and also reached the top charts in the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.

    As per sources, he reportedly dated The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville back in 2016.
