    Morgan started his career as a recurring character on the Martin Lawrence comedy Martin in 1994, after this, he joined the cast of SNL and did various roles from 1996 to 2003 in the comedy sketch show. During this, he also appeared in an episode of 3rd Rock from the Sun.  

    After leaving SNL in 2003, he got his own show titled The Tracy Morgan Show; the show aired 18 episodes before being put off the air. Then he did a few minor roles on shows like Mind of Mencia, and Where My Dogs At? before finally being cast as Tracy Jordan in 30 Rock. 

    He also hosted the reality show Scare Tactics from 2008 to 2013. One of his well-known roles is of Tray Barker in the 2018 series The Last O.G.

    Tracy Morgan was born Tracy Jamel Morgan on November 10, 1968, in Queens, New York, U.S. to Alicia Warden and Jimmy Morgan, Sr. He went to DeWitt Clinton High School, where he had to deal with bullying and his father contracting AIDS from needle use.         

    Regarding his relationships, he married his high school sweetheart Sabina Morgan in 1987. Their marriage lasted until 2009 when they divorced. The couple has 3 sons together. After this, he started dating Megan Wollover.

    The couple went public in September 2011 and gave birth to their first child, Maven, on July 2, 2013. They tied the knot on August 23, 2015.
