At the age of 16, Jessica Alba took part in a six-week intensive drama program at Atlantic Theatre Company, whose founder is Huffman's husband, William H. Macy.

Felicity Huffman has German, English, Scottish, French, Dutch, and Irish ancestry. Her great-grandfathers, Gershom Moore Peters, is the founder of the Peters Cartridge Company and prominent Baptist minister. 

Felicity Huffman, born on December 9, 1962, is currently 57 years old. Her father, Moore Peters Huffman, worked as a banker and had a partnership with multinational investment bank Morgan Stanley. However, as a teenager, Huffman discovered that Roger Tallman Maher, a family friend, was her biological father.

Despite being born in Bedford, New York, Huffman, along with her brother and six sisters, spent their formative years in Snowmass, Colorado.

Felicity played as Lady Bird Johnson on television film Path to War. From the movie, she developed a friendship with American Horror Story star Sarah Paulson.

3. Was Sentenced to Jail for Bribery Scandal 

On March 12, 2019, 57 years old actress became arrested for her involvement in the nationwide college entrance exam cheating scandal. 

According to CNN, Huffman had paid $15,000 to a person who pretended to be Huffman's daughter in an SAT exam.

On May 13, 2019, Huffman pleaded guilty to honest services mail fraud. She became sentenced to 14 days in jail on September 13.

Currently, she is under one year of supervised release along with 250 hours of community service and has been fined $30,000.

What's interesting is that after the scandal, Huffman's daughter Sophia Macy landed in an episode of "The Twilight Zone," according to Fox News.

In the series, Huffman plays as Linda Fairstein, a former prosecutor and head of the se* crimes unit in the Manhattan District Attorney's office during the Central Park Jogger case.
